What are my insurance options?

🧘‍♀️ To get away with total peace of mind, you have the choice between several insurance options. We'll help you understand them clearly.

I would like to purchase additional insurance for my rental

We offer 3 levels of insurance (excluding professional owners without insurance):

→ Basic: it is mandatory for all rentals

→ Comfort and Serenity +: they allow you to reduce your security deposit amount and your deductible in the event of damages to the vehicle.

Once you've made your choice, you can add it during the confirmation of your booking. At step 3 "Insurance options", you just have to select the option that suits you.

If you've already confirmed your rental, don't stress, you can always choose to be better insured and therefore better protected. You can purchase an additional insurance option starting from 29 days before your departure, and up until the day before your departure.

Here's how to do it:

1. Log in to your Account;
2. Go to "My bookings", then "Current and upcoming";
3. Click on "Details", then on "Add insurance";
4. Select the option that suits you;
5. You can then make the extra payment.

⚠️ Once an insurance option is purchased, you can choose a higher option but not a lower one.

I would like to purchase Cancellation Insurance

It can only be added during the booking confirmation. At step 3 "Insurance options", you just have to select the "Cancellation insurance" option.

This insurance covers you in case of a cancellation for specific reasons. You will find all the details of this insurance by clicking here.

⚠️ Once purchased, this option cannot be refunded.

I would like to purchase the "Travel abroad" option

Hit the road stress-free by purchasing the "Travel abroad" option during your booking. You can purchase it at step 3 "Insurance options".

You are insured and can travel in the countries indicated HERE in the "Countries covered by fully comprehensive insurance" chart.

In the event of a breakdown, the assistance service can intervene in the countries indicated HERE in the "Countries covered by the assistance service" list.

The list may change, make sure to verify that you are insured in the countries where you want to go 🚙
