What do I do if the vehicle is not in good condition when I go to pick it up?

If you think the rented vehicle does not correspond to its published listing on Wikicampers or that it does not meet safety standards, you are responsible for refusing the rental.

You must then notify Wikicampers immediately by phone or email, dated the day of departure, and send photo or video proof to assurance@wikicampers.fr.

The Wikicampers Customer Service will validate a possible refund of the rental to the Renter, based on the proof provided.
