Before going any further, if your terms of booking are Flexible, you can modify your booking dates at no additional cost, with the owner's consent.
🚨 Please note, do not cancel your booking in the owner's place if they are the one that wants to cancel, you risk not being refunded.
You have not paid for your booking yet
You can cancel at any time and at no cost. The booking request is completely free and with no obligations.
You can cancel your booking request from your account, in the "My bookings" menu, "Current and upcoming", click on "Details" then on "Cancel". The cancellation will be logged only after this process has been completed.

You have paid for your booking without purchasing cancellation insurance
First, check out your terms of cancellation in your booking details.
The Strict terms of cancellation are the following:
- the booking dates cannot be modified.
- 30 days or more before departure: 30% of the booking total is owed by the renter, the remainder is refunded.
- between 29 days and departure day: no refund, the booking total is due.
- after the rental has begun: if you bring the vehicle back before the end of the rental period, no refund from Wikicampers will be given.
The Flexible terms of cancellation are the following:
- the booking dates can be modified with the owner's consent.
- free cancellation up until 30 days before departure: the booking total is refunded.
- between 29 days and 8 days before departure: 50% of the booking total is owed by the renter, the remainder is refunded.
- between 7 days before departure and departure day: no refund, the booking total is due.
- after the rental has begun: if you bring the vehicle back before the end of the rental period, no refund from Wikicampers will be given.
Would you like to cancel your booking? You can do it from your Account, in the “My bookings” menu, “Ongoing and upcoming”, click on “Details” then on “Cancel”. The cancellation will be logged only after this process is completed.
You can cancel the rental up until 11:59pm for a departure the next morning and up until 1:59pm for a departure the same day starting from 2pm.
If you are not able to cancel, you must send an email as quickly as possible to 📧 assurance@wikicampers.fr.

You have paid for your booking and purchased cancellation insurance
You really want to cancel your booking? You can do it from your Account, in the “My bookings” menu, “Current and upcoming”, click on “Details” then on “Cancel”. The cancellation will be logged only after this process is completed.
It was a good idea to purchase cancellation insurance, you can be refunded if you cancel for one of the reasons detailed on our cancellation insurance page.
To be refunded, please send us your proof by email at 📧 assurance@wikicampers.fr
After reviewing your proof, and once it is validated, the amount paid will be refunded within 8 days (the premium paid for the cancellation insurance and trip options will be deducted).
You can cancel the rental up until 11:59pm for a departure the next morning and up until 1:59pm for a departure the same day starting from 2pm.
If you are not able to cancel, you must send an email as quickly as possible to 📧 assurance@wikicampers.fr.
Without valid proof or for any other reason for cancellation within 15 days, your terms of cancellation (Strict or Flexible) will apply. You can find the details in the previous section.
