What do I do if the owner cancels my rental?

Has the owner just canceled your booking? You are disappointed and that’s normal…we are too. This is why we’ve been in place a system that allows you to find another vehicle for your trip as of today.

 

Your departure is in less than 8 days

  • The owner has canceled your booking in their account, which has automatically generated an email from us with all the information for finding a vehicle, as well as a credit for the amount that you have already paid. Remember to check your spam folder 📧.
  • Our Customer Service will do its utmost to help you find a replacement vehicle that meets your needs and is available for your dates 🔍.
  • Outside of our opening hours, rest assured, you can search on our website, make new rental requests for a new vehicle. If an owner accepts one of your requests, you can pay for your new booking on your own thanks to your credit.
  • An additional 10% reduction will be sent to you in the automatic email. You can apply this Promo Code to your new booking.
  • You can, of course, choose a refund of the amount you’ve already paid for your booking, by sending an email to 📧 assurance@wikicampers.fr

If the total price of the new booking is less than your credit: you will be refunded the difference; if the total price is more: you have to pay the difference.
