What to do in the event of a claim without a third party?
The owner and the tenant carry out together the inventory of fixtures of return.

The franchise and the application fee of 50€ per claim are at the expense of the tenant. Several deductibles are applicable in the event of non-concurrent claims.
For example, you accidentally hit a wall when you left a parking lot. The motorhome has a bumper broken, and you damage the right side for 4,500€. You will be liable for a franchise and 50€ of application fees. Our insurance partner will take care of the supplement.
If the repairs are less than the insurance deductible, we will charge only the tenant's repairs.
For example, you parked the vehicle in a car park, and when you come back, you find a broken rear-view mirror. At the end of the rental period, the owner will send us all the documents necessary to open the file that you have filled together with a 600€ estimate. In this case, the amount of the repairs is less than the deductible and remains at your expense.

What to do in the event of a claim with a third party?
You must complete a report, and you must send the original to Wikicampers by post.
You will need to fill in the information in Box 8 'Insurance Company' and the contract number you have indicated. It is not necessary to fill in the other lines of this insert No. 8.

When you return the vehicle:

Suppose you are at fault for the accident. In that case, the insurance covers the repairs, knowing that we will apply a deductible for each accident. If the amount of the repairs is equal to or less than the deductible, the tenant will only have to pay this amount. We will apply a handling fee of 50€.
Suppose you are not responsible for the claim with an identified third party. In that case, our insurance partner will take charge of all repairs. We will reimburse your deductible at the end of the file as soon as our insurance partner confirmed that their recourse to this third party has been successful.
