If your ad and account have been deactivated, it could be for one of the following reasons:
- If your file is not complete (registration certificate not in conformity)
- If you systematically refuse your requests (calendar not up to date)
- If you get around the peer-to-peer rental system.
In the case of deactivation, we will send you an email explaining the procedure to reactivate your account and your ad.
