How do I change my password?

I want to change my password

Here's how to do it:

1.  Log in to my Account;
2. Click on "My account";
3. Click on "Personal information";
4. At the bottom of the page, you can change it by entering your old password, then the new password;
5. Click on "Update my password"

I am not able to log in to my account and want to reset my password

Before anything else, check to make sure that there are no extra spaces or capital letters in your email address and password. 😉

If you continue to get an error message, here's how to reset your password:

1. On the login page, click on "Forgot password";
2. An email will automatically be sent to you (check your spam folder);
3. Click on the link to create a new password.

You can now log in to your account 🎉.
