There are several cases, here is the procedure to follow:
If your rental is not yet confirmed (i.e. paid) :
- Go to your member area
- Click on "my bookings"
- Click on "details"
- In details, click on "cancel"
- Then choose a new rental on the new dates.
If your rental is already confirmed:
You must make a request to the owner:
- Log in to your member area
- Go to "my reservations"
- Click on "detail" then on "modify"
This modification will be validated as soon as the owner conformes his agreement
