If you notice that your vehicle has been damaged during the rental, here is the procedure to follow:
After completing and signing the returned inventory and the declaration of damage with your tenant, we invite you to send all the contractual elements listed below by email within 48 hours of returning your vehicle to the address following email@example.com specifying your rental number:
- The entire rental contract completed and signed by your tenant and you (4 pages)
- The declaration of damage completed and signed by your tenant and you (page 5 of your contract)
- The original of the amicable report, if applicable (to be sent by post to the WIKICAMPERS address)
- Photos of the damage
Upon receipt of the documents, we can block your tenant's security deposit and process your file. In the absence of these documents, the security deposit will be released under the usual conditions eight days after returning. (See the article security deposit)
At the same time, we invite you to request a quote from your ordinary garage or ask us to find out about our partner garages and send this quote to the Insurance Department upon receipt.
