How do I upload my driver documents?

Sending us your documents is very easy. You can upload them directly from your account:

1. Log in to your Account;
2. Go to "My bookings" → "Current and upcoming"
3. Click on "Add a driver", then on "Modify" or "Add a driver".

This way, you earn Wikipoints in the WikiAddict loyalty program! You can then treat yourself with a reward of your choice (webpage in French)!

⚠️ We only need your driver's license, front and back.

Your driver's license will be validated within 48 hours.

Why do my documents appear as not validated?

You've uploaded your documents, and they appear as not validated?

Here are a few leads to figure out what's not working 🕵️‍♀️:

- The photo or the scan is blurry → Please take a new photo.

- The license number is wrong → You can edit the information under the "My drivers" tab.

- The issue date of the driver's license must correspond to the date shown on the license → You can edit the information under the "My drivers" tab.

- You have had a license for less than 3 years or you are younger than 23 years old → You cannot be insured as a driver.
