What do I do if I need to cut my trip short?

We are sorry that your trip is not going as planned. If you are thinking of cutting your trip short, there are two possible scenarios.

 

You purchased the Serenity + option

The trip interruption is covered with the Serenity + option up to a limit of €2500. If you purchased this option (this would be indicated on the first page of your rental contract), please file your claim by email at 📧 assurance@wikicampers.fr and include:

  • the reference number of the rental in question (ID followed by 6 numbers)
  • the reason for the interruption
  • your proof (hospitalization, insurance certificate)

The Insurance Service will respond ✍️ within 2 working days to follow up on your claim.

You did not purchase the Serenity + option

If you did not purchase the Serenity + option before departing on your trip, your contract does not provide compensation. However, depending on your situation, the Insurance Service can advise you. Please email us at 📧 assurance@wikicampers.fr to explain your situation.

The Insurance Service will respond ✍️ within 2 working days to follow up on your claim.
