Where do I find my rental contract?

The rental contract along with the property inspection and inventory should be filled out and signed at the key handover with the owner. 📝

How to get the rental contract for the big day

It is available on departure day in your app.

1- Log in to your Account;

2- Under the "Rentals" tab, "Current and upcoming";

3- Click on "My actions, then "Start the property inspection";

4- Then follow the steps and take the required photos, with the owner;

5- Once completed and signed, you, the owner and Wikicampers will have access to the contract in your booking details and under the "My documents" tab.

The paper version is available on a computer or the mobile website, 5 days before departure.

1- Log in to your Account;

2- Under the "My account" tab;

3- "My bookings" section, "Current and upcoming", and "Details";

4- Under the "My documents" tab, click on "Download" under "Rental contract". You can then print it out.

You will have to fill it out with the owner. You must take the required photos of the vehicle on your cell phone and keep them safe.

Little bonus: you earn loyalty points (webpage in French) each time you do the property inspection and inventory in the app.

How to consult my rental contract once completed 🔍

When you fill out your rental contract and property inspection in the app, you will then have access to it in your booking details and under the "My documents" tab. You will find all the information entered and the photos taken.
