What if I want to extend or modify my rental?

Several scenarios are possible. Here's what to do:

 

If your rental has not been confirmed yet (i.e. paid for)

1- Log in to your Account;

2- Go to "My bookings", then "Current and upcoming";

3- Click on "Details", then on the "Cancel" button on the left;

4- You can now make a new booking request for the correct dates by clicking on "See the vehicle".

 

If your rental is confirmed with the Basic, Comfort or Serenity + option

  • You've purchased the Basic option:

You've opted for the strict terms of booking. You can only add (a) rental day(s) to the end of your initial booking dates. You must send your request to the owner:

1- Log in to your Account;

2- Go to "My bookings", then "Current and upcoming";

3- Click on "Details";

4- Then on "Extend my rental", enter the days that you want to add and send the request to the owner. You will receive a response within 48 hours;

5- This modification will be validated as soon as the owner accepts.

 

  • You've purchased the Comfort or Serenity + option

You can agree to one or multiple postponement(s) of rental dates with the owner at no additional cost. You must send your request to the owner:

1- Log in to your Account;

2- Go to "My bookings", then "Current and upcoming";

3- Click on "Details";

4- Then on "Extend my rental/Modify my dates", enter your new dates and send the request to the owner. You will receive a response within 48 hours;

5- This modification will be validated as soon as the owner accepts.

 

⚠️ It is possible to modify the rental dates for a similar or longer time period only up to the day before departure.

 

If your rental is ongoing and you want to extend it

You love the nomadic life so much that you want to prolong the joy? It's totally possible 🚌

You can extend your rental if the vehicle is available.

1- Log in to your Account;

2- Go to "My bookings", then "Current and upcoming";

3- Click on "Details";

4- Then on "Request an extension", enter your new dates and send the request to the owner. They have max. 48 hours to respond to you; past that, your request is automatically cancelled.

5- If the owner accepts, you must then proceed with payment.

 

⚠️ You can extend your rental until the return date and time indicated.
